[Bins] Problem with French accents

I got some problems with accents in the albums I generate with bins.
Here's an example:

Look at the bottom of the page:
Album créé avec BINS 1.1.26 le ven 17 déc 2004 01:51:17 CET 

It should be:
Album créé avec BINS 1.1.26 le ven 17 déc 2004 01:51:17 CET 

I'm using Bins 1.1.26 on a Debian SID. Is the problem coming from my
system (locales?), my browser?
