[Bins] index/tree links in default themes

Hi.

I'm running bins 1.1.21, from debian unstable. When  the default theme
is used on an unnamed album, there is no link back to the main album
index, since the anchor text is null.  This is a little confusing for
new people, so perhaps an unnamed album should be given some name by
default? The same as the directory name would probably be a sane
default.

Otherwise, I'm loving bins :) Thanks a lot
