[Bins] small install improvements suggestion

1) make binaries name coherent:
either bins_edit and bins_edit_gui
or bins-edit and bins-edit-gui

2) move templates to /usr/share/bins, as they are not configuration, but
rather resources files

3) install templates under a single root:
template/
|--default
|--joy
instead of
template.default
template.joy
