Hi Mike,

It is fine to have public addresses, leafleting, meet the marchers etc. as
long as the numbers of participants per day are less than 500. Best thing
is to not refer to it as a rally - could call it "Greet the Marchers" or
similar. Staging will not be insured. If there are likely to be more than
500 participants in the leg/meetings per day, or you need to use staging,
then it will need to be insured seperately. It wasn't feasible to cover the
march and rallies with 500+ participants, as we would be effectively asking
to have 21 large rallies covered. So if you don't call it a rally, don't
use staging, and total participants number less than 500, you should be
good to go.
