[SlugBug] xmlEncodeEntitiesReentrant error

hi

has anyone seen this error before:

[root at machine root]# error : xmlEncodeEntitiesReentrant : input not UTF-8

unfortunately i cannot see what application is cauisng this error.  i 
have issued this command to see if there's anything in the logs:

[root at machine root]# grep -r -i xmlEncodeEntities /var/log/
[root at machine root]#

but i get nothing back.

i am running icecast on this server which uses an XML config file so 
perhaps something has been added to the config file for that which is 
not UTF-8 but i cannot be sure.

i have done the usual googling but this xmlEncode error seems to be 
generated by a number of different applications?

has anyone else seen this before?
