If this is a RedHat box then I hds something like this
when building RPMs linked to kerberos and I did a hack
involving symlinks... (can't remember the details...) --
try searching the RedHat bugzilla for info on this...
But if it is a RedHat box why don't you just use their SSH
RPMS?
