[SlugBug] x-chat 2.0.4/ssl problem

Hi All 
 
So back to the original problem. 
 
x-chat works fine on an unsecure basis. 
 
Making no other changes to my set up than check "Use secure SSL" box, if I try to make the 
connection I get: 
 
Connection failed. Error: (336130315) error:1408F10B:SSL 
routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:wrong version number 
 
I am using only one openssl-0.9.7a-5
