It's OK, you can put your tinfoil hat away, the satelites aren't after you... tonight ;)

Nah, it's just the small UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) for enhanced tracking of traffic.

It doesn't _have_ to be there of course, but if we want to run nice whizzy webstats with more info available then we can use that.

I'll take it off if people don't like it... but I can't believe I'm already trimming down the code, we'll only be left with the DTD soon lol
