Hmm, weird. Most these Perl modules are not available via
apt, though there is a packace that contains cpan2flute
which is great for building perl RPMS from cpan modules,
but you might be better off getting the source code and
using the CPAN module to get all the dependancies...

What happens if you try isntalling from the command line
rather than the GUI?

  # rpm -Uvh syndigator-0.11-1.noarch.rpm

I'd offer to pop around to help you out but I'm in
London... If it's still not working next week...
