If you're thinking of forums, then can I humbly request that what is
actually implemented is a webfrontend for a news server? Reason: I can't
stand web forums and thus hardly use them - I find them slow and clunky
compared to a nice wizzy news reader :)

I'm not sure if there is anything out there at the moment that can do
this, however it's certainly a doable thing.
