[SlugBug] command line utiltiy to switch virtual consoles

[Mr. Adam ALLEN]

I've done some google/freshmeat searching for this- but I think it's a
case of using all the wrong words- not found what I need.

As a user it's easy to switch virtual consoles with CTRL+ALT+F1 ...
CTRL+ALT+F8

I'm looking for a small utility to do this from within a script, but
haven't managed to stumble my way across anything.
