[Shefflea-broadband] Service disruption - Sheffield Springs distribution site

Colleagues,

Schools attached to the Sheffield Springs and Meadowhead distribution
sites suffered a loss of service late afternoon on Tuesday 14 October
due to a power cut in the Manor Top area affecting Sheffield Springs.
The outage lasted for 2-3 hours. Power was restored in the early evening
and all broadband services should be back up this morning.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.
