[Shefflea-broadband] Outage today

All,

 

Apologies for the lack of a prior announcement of the service outage today,
there seems to have been a problem with the email list server, which I am
investigating (hence the earlier test email).

 

The loss of service was a result of a power outage at Wakefield County Hall,
where the YHGfL PoP is located. The service was off a little longer than was
planned (should have been back up by 10 am on Saturday), owing to a switch
failure. 

 

The service was back up and running by about midday.

 

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
