Colleagues,

A number of schools have been affected by an issue with examination
software, namely the ESM Manager software (Pearson Vue/CatGlobal)

The SIMS helpdesk have a short guidance note that will be sent to
schools on request. If you use the above examination software or think
you may be affected, please contact the SIMS helpdesk,
ed-simshelp at sheffield.gov.uk.
