[Shefflea-broadband] Hotmail issue

Colleagues,

Last week some of you will have experienced a loss of access to Hotmail
services. This occurred because of actions taken by our ISP to block a
number of proxy bypass sites that had come to light. YHGfL blocked a number
of suspicious ip addresses that they were unable to resolve to legitimate
domains, and in doing so they inadvertantly blocked a small number of
addresses used by Microsoft. As soon as the error was realised it was
rectified.
