[Shefflea-broadband] Internet issues

Colleagues,

You may have experienced slow Internet speeds yesterday, this was because of
a router failure in BT's network. They replaced the router overnight last
night, so this should have fixed the problem. 

BT are still investigating an issue affecting access to some secure sites
via shefproxy.bty-h.org.uk. I'll keep you updated on developments. If you do
experience problems with shefproxy, it may be worth changing the browser the
standard proxy - proxy.bty-h.org - this has resolved the issue in some
cases.
