[Shefflea-broadband] Internet outage 24 August

All,

BT have now provided an explanation of events on 24 August causing loss
of Internet access. The problem once again concerned the DMZ  interfaces
on the ISA servers that BT maintain at Leeds. This caused a loss of
Internet access between 6 am and 11 am, after which BT restored the
service. BT say that the issue was caused by a driver problem, which
they say they have now fixed and they appear confident that it won't
re-occur. 

Once again, please accept our apologies for the difficulties caused.
