[sheffield-coops] Sheffield Green Commission Green Fringe event: SHED talks

Hello,

I'm writing to invite you to book onto Sheffield Green Commission's Green fringe event: Shed talks. The talks are 3-5 minute fast paced "think pieces" about sustainability from a range of speakers, including professors from both Universities and grass-roots activists. The event will be chaired by Paulette Edwards from BBC Radio Sheffield. This is the final Green Commission event held in public before the Autumn so even if you can only spare half an hour please do come and join us.

Paulette and all the speakers have generously given their time free of charge to make this event happen and Sheffield Hallam University have kindly provided the venue free of charge.

The talks take place on Monday 20th July 4.30pm registration for a 4.45pm start at Sheffield Hallam University City Campus Peak Lecture Theatre (if you can only come along later, don't worry, we will admit late-coming guests in between the talks). There are over 100 free tickets for this event and we want to encourage an audience as diverse as our SHED-sters so please circulate further via e-mail and social media.

One final note, cyclists please bring your bicycle bells in with you to ring our SHED-sters off the stage if they over-stay their 10 minute slot...
