Dear 2016 Shareholder,

At the AGM on February 4^th members present voted unanimously to 
distribute 3% interest to 2013 shareholders (A Shares) on their 
investment. If you hold A shares you will shortly receive a message 
about your interest.

They also voted to spend the £3,252 in the Community Benefit Fund as 
follows:

    £252 to Solar Aid to provide solar lamps in Africa and transform
    lives. Safe, clean solar lights improveeducation outcomes by
    enabling children to study in the evening and they improve health
    outcomes by replacing dirty kerosene lamps and reducing indoor air
    pollution.

  *

    The remaining £3000 to South Yorkshire Energy Centre to work with
    100 households in fuel poverty in Sheffield, giving advice and
    support in finding the best energy provider or switching provider if
    necessary, checking that they receive the Warm Home discount,
    providing radiator foil, draught-excluders, energy efficient light
    bulbs and emergency provision of portable heating. They would also
    explore the possibility of setting up a Fuel Bank in Sheffield to
    provide vouchers to top up fuel cards.

This message is to inform you that your B Shares (2016 shares) will 
become live and viable for interest on 1^st May, 2020.
