[ptx] cannot find two file while compiling hugi n

Hi,all
 
I download the hugin source from this url:
 
http://hugin.sourceforge.net/snapshots/hugin.tar.gz .
 
But cannot find the vig_optimize.vcproj and fulla.vcproj.
 
Do somebody can tell me where can I find this two file?
 
ps.I am using the Windows XP and use the studio .net 2003 to compile.
