[ptx] Hugin up-to-date binary snapshots?

Hi,

is there any place where to obtain up-to-date binary snapshots of hugin? 
Or at least the EXE?

I'd be intrigued to try out the light fall-off adjustment feature that 
apparently got checked in mid-February.

[I realize that I could set up a build environment and roll everything 
myself, but there is only so many hours in a day :-(]
