Initial Comment:
I built both panoglview-0.2 and cvs HEAD. Both
segafault on start up.

I'm using Gentoo Linux, wxWidgets 2.6.3 compiled with
unicode (and opengl) support.

In both cases panoglview segfaulted on startup.
