[ptx] Adobe DNG format SDK

My current flow is:

1. convert RAW to 16-bit TIFF using either Canon's RAW converter or  
Photoshop

2. Let hugin work on the 16-bit TIFF

3. Do post-processing in Photoshop and save the final result as JPEG.


A DNG support in hugin won't make a difference for me since I'm fine  
with 16-bit TIFF input/output. Only if my camera would write DNG it  
would eliminate step one. But it does not.
