[ptx] Camera and Lens tab GUI layout

Hi everyone,

I've just tried hugin compiled from the latest CVS, and realised the  
Camera and Lens tab looks so cluttering now.

With a new set of parameters added, the right hand side is packed  
with widgets. Now even with 768 pixel monitor height, the right hand  
side needs scrolling. Meanwhile on the left hand side needs wider  
area to display all the parameters, but even with 10 files in the  
project, far more than half the list is empty.

This looks very unbalanced as this tab almost always looks huge blank  
space in the left with very cluttering narrow space in the right. Can  
we change it to a top-bottom layout?

I suggest something like this:
