[ptx] hugin CVS ./bootstrap fails

I cannot get neither Hugin and Libpano from cvs.
The first always fails on login
the second always fails on checkout

I checks often other project via anonymous CVS on sourceforge.
The only one with such problmes is hugin.

For the others, it is sometimes slow or I've to retry onece or twice,  
but never I've seen this impossibility to access.
