[ptx] panoglview

Hi,
finally got panoglview working. I just have to set the
desired window size before I loaded my image and then
I can move the image around as much as I like. I can
make the window smaller and still pan around but if I
make the window larger than it was when I loaded the
image the program pans very slowly. Not much of a
problem but it confused me at first. Thanks for all
the help Bruno.
