[ptx] New OSX Beta

Hi all,

It seems new release candidate takes longer than I thought. So here  
is another new build for OSX.

Now, the image order can be changed. Control Points tab has been  
completely replaced with pop-up menu; more compliant to Apple HI  
Guidelines. Updated libpano12. Including many more bug fixes from the  
main tree.
