[ptx] user interface problems

1. some parts of user interface were inaccessible if the hugin window 
was not large enough.

on may 4 douglas wrote that this problem should be fixed in next beta. 
beta7 was announced in may 16 - but this problem is still present with 
cvs build from 050522 (may 22).

2. in control points tab, there is a zoom dropdown box. if you click on 
arrow and hold mouse button down, moving the cursor over choices zooms 
simultanously. instead, it should activate the choice only when mouse 
button is released.
