2 apparent problems left:

* TIFF "soft blending" status is not retained (windows snapshot)

* sometimes, .pto associates to nona_gui instead of hugin and it has to be reset

an quick to implement idea:

* what about optionally loading a default .pto file without images to select user's preferred parameters?
