Summary: False settings for preview window in windows registry

Initial Comment:
On Windows ME the following problem with hugin 0.5 rc 1
occured uddenly:

After clicking on the menu entry "View::Preview window"
the preview window didn't open. However, I saw the task
button for the preview window in the Windows Task Bar,
but I didn't see the window itself. And when I choosed
"Maximize" then I saw the preview window maximized, but
it disappeared each time I restored its size.
In the windows registry I looked at the node
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\hugin\PreviewFrame and
noticed that both positionX und positionY had the value
3000 (hex). After setting these values to 0 the preview
window worked properly.

Before writing values to the windows registry they
should be checked for plausibility. An invalid value in
the windows registry is a really big problem for
inexperienced users because you can't get rid of it by
restarting or reinstalling hugin.
