[ptx] no copy and paste in open file popup dialog

this is however compensated by the possibility to open a hugin project from 
command line.

I've seen another "ugly caracter" in my hugin :

Point de contrôle appers like ContrAZle  (with ~ on the A and another accent 
on Z)
