Yes, no more sift code inside the hugin CVS.

I have removed the klt and phase correlation code from the hugin cvs.
Now, the only external, non GPL code included in the hugin cvs is VIGRA 
and jhead (Public Domain).

I planed to merge it into the upstream release, so they should 
eventually show up in the debian version as well. However, it might take 
some time to get my changes through. (Once I find the time to cut 
everything into small patches that will be accepted by the maintainer..)

The CVS snapshot should be ok.
