If the xrs files have not been generated by running
"make" in (or above) <path>/hugin/xrc then the
Makefile in <path>/hugin/po cannot know how to do it.

If you have run "make", then delete
/hugin/xrc/stamp-xrs and re-run make in /hugin/xrc to
regenerate the *.xrs files.
