[ptx] Control Points error

Sorry for what may be a stupid question:
I generated control points using autopano-sift. Most of my points have 
error of < 1 pixel. But some are > 1 and maybe around 2 or a bit more. 
They are sort of outliers, as almost all are < 1. Should I delete those 
control points?
