[ptx] Can't open .pto files with hugin0.5-beta1 on Linux

Hello,

I'm trying the new hugin0.5-beta1 version. It works fine but I can't open .pto 
files. I just made a new .pto file with this version and now, I can't open 
it.

In the list of images, filenames aren't present.

Secondly, I don't succeed to use enblend with nano : the command line isn't 
well formed and the filename is replaced by / :
command : enblend -o "/.tif" "/0000.tif" "/0001.tif" "/0002.tif" "/0003.tif" 
failed

Are these problems known ? Is there some solutions currently ?
