[ptx] hugin/PTOptimizer problem

This is with hugin from last night (2004-10-21) and libpano12
2.7.0.6 (though I've tried a version of libpano12 from a year ago
and I see the same problem).

Basically, I can optimise yaw, pitch and roll, but not fov or any
other lens parameters.

- pairwise optimisation works fine.

- positions (y,p,r) works ok.

- positions and view (y,p,r,v) does nothing - it doesn't even
  optimise position.

This is a project that demonstrates the problem, I would be
interested to hear if anyone else can reproduce this:
