[ptx] New experimental windows build available

Puuuhhh,
that is really slow :-(

Looks like everything, that has to do with previewing/thumbnailing does some
kind of stitching. While loading the images (just 2) i observed some text
"Stitching image XXXXXXXX" in the footline of the UI.

Stitching with nona-layered Tiff failed:
