[ptx] Updated patch

Works fine, but ...

it has a problem with enblend parameter "-w" (blending over 360 deg).
Please have a look at this 2 mov-files (created with panocube). The pano
isn't finished, just look for the visble vertical stitch edge at -180/+180
(no need to rotate the mov)

#2 http://www.trozzreaxxion.net/misc/multiltiff.mov

#1 was created running the patched enblend on base of nona multilayered tiff
output.
#2 was created running the patched enblend on base of ptstitcher multiple
tiff output.
