The nona sticther outputs multilayered TIFF files.

I updated the patch, no fixes but documentation for people
reviewing the patch. I also checked if my STL usage was
correct (i'm not very used to modern C++ ;-), and so far it
seems i did "commit" no mistakes.

Still waiting comments/feedback.

PS: some people may prefer binaries to test the stuff.
    Sorry that's just debian, but you can use alien
    for rpm based distros.
