[ptx] autopano-sift 1.4 with desktop script (by Ian)

Hello everybody,


thanks to Ian, we now have a desktop shortcut script for the autopano-sift
windows version. Just drag picture files onto the icon and the .pto file is
created. The installer has been changed to include the script:

http://user.cs.tu-berlin.de/~nowozin/autopano-sift/autopano-sift-1.4-win-2.exe


Please test and let me know your results (I have not tested the script myself),
