Hi everybody,

I'm trying to run Hugin for the first time - the current snapshot
(01-07-2004) doesn't seem to include the executable of hugin? (or am I
too dumb to start the right program?)
That's the content of the folder hugin-0.4:
01/07/2004 11:07 a.m. <DIR> .
01/07/2004 11:07 a.m. <DIR> ..
01/07/2004 02:29 a.m. 1,241,088 autooptimiser.exe
01/07/2004 02:29 a.m. 1,470,464 autopano_old.exe
01/07/2004 02:29 a.m. 18,334 LICENCE.txt
01/07/2004 02:29 a.m. 751,414 mingwm10.dll
01/07/2004 02:29 a.m. 2,328,064 nona.exe
01/07/2004 02:29 a.m. 4,301,312 nona_gui.exe
01/07/2004 02:29 a.m. 1,319,936 panosifter.exe
01/07/2004 02:29 a.m. 2,187 README.txt
01/07/2004 11:07 a.m. <DIR> xrc
               8 File(s) 11,432,799 bytes

I tryed to start nona_gui but this program exits at once doing nothing :-(
At least a note in the readme would be nice.

Another question: my digital camera has certainly some kind of spherical
lens distortion. Years ago I used Tsai's camera calibration functions to
correct this type of distortion. Using EXIF information it could be easy
so set up an automatic calibration by just photographing the calibration
pattern with different zoom settings and running some program to
retreive the information that can be automatically used afterwards also
using the EXIF data (or isn't this nessecary anyway because already done
by some algorithms of panotools?).
Just an idea.

Thanks for help, Marcel
