[ptx] new windows snapshot with working autopano 1.03 support

I have overseen some small, but (at least for me) important fixes:
- the buttons in preview are small now (horray)
- nona/preview seems to have no longer problems with very large overlaps
(zero size images)

Thanks a lot for fixing these glitches as well. It's time for me to remove
the old hugin version (march) from harddisk now ;-)
