I think you have to some images and then the button is enable

in the linux version you can edit the configuration file (~/.hugin on my 
computer). There is probably the same file for windows (?)

I changed those lines :

[Autopano]
AutopanoExe=autopano-complete.sh
Args=" -o %o -p %p %i"

by those ones  :

[Autopano]
AutopanoExe=autopano
Args=" -o %o -p %p %i"


and it seems to use autopano then, you try something similar in windows or 
wait a better answer ;)

you do choose that in end?
