Summary: anchor image for exposure does not persist in project file

Initial Comment:
If you select an image other than image #0 with "Anchor
this image for exposure", save the project, and then
open the project from the saved file, the image set as
anchored for exposure will be set to image #0.  This
setting isn't getting persisted to the project file.

This happens with hugin_2004_08_13-17_00_win32.zip and
all other 0.4 pre version I've tested on Windows and Linux.
