Thats an old version, I released 0.3 beta yesterday, where the optimizer
is inside a tab. Please update to that version (available from
sourceforge)

Hmm, I'm not sure if it a more comfortable the the separate
optimizer window. It's harder to forget optimizing (for new users) if
the optimze window is separate.
