[ptx] stitcher -> nona

Hi!

I have just renamed stitcher to nona. Weaving beautiful panos is now
supported with all interpolators that pano tools support supported.

I ported them to vigra, and hope I got it right. Hmm just did some short
tests, and the interpolation looks a bit different (I used the zoneplate
pic on the pano tools homepage). Probably a 0.5 pixel shift or something
like that.
