[ptx] small cvs update

Hi,

After some stuggling with my cross compiler I now got all the libraries
needed to cross compile my stitcher (still waiting for a name... ;) for
windows as well.

it now reads the output file format from the script (unfortunately, only
.pto files are correctly parsed, and the typical pano tools script from
other programs won't work...), and outputs some progress information,
and can save the individual remapped images, if TIFF_m and TIFF_nomask,
is used. alpha channels, or layer masks are not created so far.
