updated win binary and faster preview

Hi together,

I've just uploaded a new hugin snapshot, both sourcecode and windows exe.

The preview should be faster now (especially for big projects).
Lots of small stuff has changed as well, and Ed has done some
relayouting.

I hope that the text fields also behave better now. I have also changed the
way some drawing is done, maybe the control point selector works on
WindowsME now. I just tested it on Win98 and it worked fine there.
