Compile wxWindows and Hugin on Windows Platform

the "standart" shell tools. we could use awk or sed. The only problem
left is the pure Makefile builds of wxwindows, without wx-config, so it
hard to figure out the compiler parameters. I might add a makefile that
uses the wx-windows makefile system on saturday.
