Just arrived, 15 mins late. A few people cancelled in advance, and there's nobody else here, so I'm thinking you're all either stuck in the snow or making snowpeople. :)

You all know what's currently happening (check last week's minutes if you don't) -- for some of you it will be worth it to coordinate separately over the course of the coming week.
